1. A minimum of two generations or three people must attend the family portrait session.
2. A fully refundable booking deposit of £35.00 is required at the time of booking. This will either be refunded or deducted from any additional orders at the time of your viewing. The deposit will be forfeited if you fail to attend your appointment without cancelling or rearranging with at least three days’ notice.
3. Please note that not all studios offer same-day viewing; a suitable appointment will be arranged to view the images.
4. No cash alternative available.
5. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
6. All under 21s must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
7. Only one Capture Portrait Experience voucher may be redeemed per household within a 12-month period. Similarly, only one Catwalk Experience may be redeemed per person within 12 months.
